September - back to the running

Well guess what me and my mates went & did????  Thought we'd joined the local athletics club, but no.... this turns up in the post!

I also started to turn up to the circuit training, which replaces the lake runs (or so I thought) and plucked up the courage to turn up to the hill run practices.  It's basically run uphill (quite a steep one) for a minute, then 2 min cool down as you walk back down.  and do that 8 times.  I can now do over a mile running uphill and everyone in the group waits for me to work out how well I've done, and they know they've done further.  They also know I don't care that I come last.  I'm missing that lot while my arm is in a sling.

September is pretty much Monday run group, Wednesday circuit training, Saturday hill runs.
